I tried No Cow fudge brownie flavor recently. I got it from Whole Foods, 15 miles away (near a doctor appointment).
I called and said I didn’t like it. They said to return it to the store. I said it’s pretty far round trip, and I didn’t plan on going that way for a long time.
I just expected to get a coupon or a check refund. She said that she would send me an assortment so that I could pick a new favorite. I just expected some mini sample sizes, but look what they sent me!
Actually, I think my husband will be benefiting from this. Since then, I found that I may be sensitive to erythritol. It causes bloating and diarrhea and some people.
Until we use these up, I just can’t get excited about the protein bar offers posted here, LOL
Anyway, I’m posting here to tell you some companies are really great in their customer relations.
