I actually just got back . Mine too and according to the cashier itās on a promotion this week he said thatās why itās not attaching . Heās saying because itās on sale . But I donāt get what he means because the 9.99 or the 4.99 set is not on sale this week itās their regular price just that we are getting extra-bucks back for the purchase . But I still went ahead and make the purchase with or without the coupon attaching lol just Incase next week is different with the set. I donāt want to miss out š
