the 16ct liners (94c) no longer count, they added exclusions… but the next cheapest possible item that might work is the 80ct liners for 5.64… I saw some peelies last time on a few kotex products so you might be able to use coupons
and if you have a fetch offer (mine is 5000pts (5$??) for 20$ + of kotex by 8/31

I think the kotex has been resetting each month… I don’t PAY sales tax for fem.hyhygiene (California)… so I usually buy liners of pads when I have a few dollars in a giftcard or cvs ecbs to use up… so I can donate to the foodbank…
