Mine does but for some reason this time the cash back offer showed thereâs no item available. I will wait until the system corrects that just in case the cash back doesnât work.
Is that how you can tell the CB wonât work? When I purchased the Air Wicks yesterday the CB didnât register. I had to call Support this morning. A lot of my CB offers donât show any available products. I usually have to search for Products to find if my store carries the item.
I think so. But I am not 100% sure. I bought the Ocean Haloâs last time. Even though my store has the products but the cash back offer said no item available so the offer didnât automatically applied like the others.
Yeah the same for my airwick offer too. No product was shown even though I saw them in store the other day. So I am hesitant to get them right now. Such a hassle when it doesnât work automatically.
Same here. When I talked to Support this morning and they gave me credit back and they said that I can still redeem the Cash Back offer because itâs still available in my account. If the sale is still happening I would definitely do it for another $10 MM, but I donât know if I would do it for $2.50 MM now.
I just tested this. I purchased an item that didnât have any available items under the Cash Back offerâŚ. And it went through. So now thereâs no rhyme or reason as to why sometimes the cash back goes through and sometimes it doesnât. đ¤ˇââď¸
