So coming from a family that uses Voltarin, I’m not sure I would recommend AleveX over that. The smell from AleveX is very strong and personally, not as effective as voltarin but they are both pretty pricey. Also something odd is that the AleveX seemed to be half empty and there is no protective seal but from what I’ve read that is how it’s made. I hope that helps! I wouldn’t buy it again.

I didn’t use the lotion yet, but tried this in spray form. It helps with the pain, especially if the side where the pain is needed cooling off a bit. The fumes though 😮💨 I had to cover my nose and mouth every time I sprayed it, scratched my throat every time. This time I got the lotion for that reason. The smell itself doesn’t bother me, I am used to it.
I’ll stay away from the spray. Thank you!!
