Hello, So no luck in getting unlocked. Not sure if anyone had luck or advice on how to get by all this red tape. With Christmas so close I decided to start a new account…and they haven’t even refundedmy monthly membership after they canceled š Sad I am loosing all my subscription and order history for the last years but if anyone send advice please pass along. I called yesterday spoke with a supervisor and they wouldn’t help, they said to fill out a form and I’d have a response in 24 response. Just got my response saying they are still canceling š I’m calling again. I have years of history and Amazon products and tvs everywhere are duds right now.š

It happened to me as well.
They told me to call the number, and in 24 hours the problem could be resolve.
I had to put all my information again.
Letās see what happens.
I was actually trying tp purchase something using one of the gift cards and I received an email saying that they cancelled my membership and have my account on hold as well as any current orders. I will keep you all updated as I just tried resolving this today.
They said I violated Gift Card guidelines basically and voided my gift card.

No , I tried a lot too. I stayed up every BF party and tried all the eggs and then amazon made me start doing a āverification codeā before entering the gift card number but they didnāt do anything to my Amazon account.
Mine did that too!
This happened to me every time as well. I said to myself, Iāll never win a fsf GC if they continue to ask me for a verification code first! š haha
Omg!! I am so sorry! š Iāve done the Easter Egg code for years and never had issues. They must have tightened up security detection.
