Be careful buying this brand. Sadly they don’t stand behind their product like a big name brand should. I had one that stopped working all of a sudden so I contacted customer service. They first told me they’d send all the needed information to my email. Nothing came. I contacted them again and as I had them in chat they changed the date 3 different times on when it was bought. (I had it registered.) Needless to say I was SOL. I figured I was once I seen them changing the purchase date multiple times. This happen a few years ago but I’m still floored. They charge so much for their hair dryers in the first place but then to have it stop working less than a year after I bought it and they refused to do anything about it. Nah I’m good. I’ll never buy this brand again.
