Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works Class Action Settlement – Claim by July 16th!

Victoria’s Secret, PINK, and Bath & Body Works agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims of violating the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act. You can qualify for a voucher of up to $15 off a single purchase usable toward a future purchase if you shopped at these stores between May 10th, 2021 and August 8th, 2021.

Who is eligible for this settlement?

To be eligible for this settlement, you must have received a printed receipt that displayed more than the last five digits of a credit or debit card number. While those who paid via cash or gift card, received an emailed receipt for in-store purchases, made an online purchase, or did not receive a receipt will not be eligible.

How to file a claim?

You can submit your claim here. Note that you do not need to attach your receipt, but you must provide your signature stating you received one and are eligible. Claims must be filed on or before July 16th.

Final hearing will be on October 24th and if the court approves the settlement, shoppers who paid using their Victoria’s Secret branded debit or credit card or Bath & Body Rewards Account and did not file a claim will be issued a voucher of up to $5. File your claim here!
