if you use in store target coupon then you can’t get cashback on ibotta
I’ve done the deal three times and used the Target Circle store coupon and Target Circle MFR coupon and have gotten cash back from Ibotta all three times.
I read that the line in the Ibotta app “This offer can’t be combined with coupons for the same product.” applies to Walmart and Dollar General. I have never not received cash back after using digital coupons from any other store. Here’s what they say in Ibotta’s FAQs about stacking coupons:

just like I thought. The off repellent is $8.39, didn’t get it. High key cookies aren’t carried. Ended up getting the Halo Top pint for shopkick. Target has a 25% off circle coupon. Getting the Purezero must buy 2 for $6, Ibotta offer.
There are two Off repellents. I don’t know what the difference is. They look exactly the same. I normally find it in the Target app, ADD TO CART and show the cashier the item on my Target app and the price and they just type it in.
