OK. I just posted about the Apple lawsuit, but apparently Samsung is under fire for the exact same thing. Their issues are slightly worse than Apple though because they are not disclosing that there is an a charger in the box.
The claim is that Samsung is preying on people who automatically follow the product, believing that all the components are in the box. Their claim is similar to Apple, stating that they are trying to also help their part for the environment, but there is no disclaimer on their box that there is not a charger.
This is also been recently filed, and there’s not a link just yet to be on the lookout!
