so i have done this. the products actually are great, but they are a little sketchy with their subscription initiation so cancel the trial as SOON as your order ships. they donât remind you of a shipment, they just charge you. then they say that they will not refund or return once shipped. i asked them to cancel it the same day i got the charge, before it shipped. then they stated that they prepare the order days in advance to be ready to ship and the process cannot be interrupted/they will not cancel it once it enters fulfillment process, but they start this âprocessâ days before the day they charge you, not allowing you a chance to cancel it before you have to pay for a first full order. i actually am enjoying the face wash and moisturizer, and the face wash goes very far-but i definitely did NOT want to pay $160 for them.

Subscription services usually do have amazing products, but also strict policy when it comes to subscriptions themselves. I personally like to set reminders in my calendar to cancel the subscriptions before the end date. That helps to avoid issues in the future. I hope this wasn’t a big setback for you.
Someone’s already mentioned this, but I just have to reiterate it because my experience was just so bad. After trying these products I came to the conclusion they just weren’t a fit for me. While they do tell you that you’re signing up for a subscription before ordering, they DO NOT remind you or send you any notification when that subscription ends. They will charge you $100+ and even when reaching out to customer service, they simply say “sorry” and give you a discount code off your next purchase. Just beware and mark your calendars if your wanting to give them a try!
I’m very sorry to hear about your experience Katelyn. And that’s a great tip actually! Personally, when I subscribe to similar free trials, I mark my calendar at least a week before my free trial ends so I won’t forget to cancel it.

yes, the products are good but they are scammy about the way they set you up to have to pay for a subscription order. cancel the trial AS SOON as your trial order ships
Just a suggestion, if you are just wanting to sample this product make sure you cancel the subscription on time. Set your calendar before the end of the subscription or they will charge your accounts. They just charged my account $144.00đ Was not expecting this transaction.
