UPDATE: I checked my email and read the voucher closely. The voucher is attached to your order confirmation email at the bottom. There is an http address you can cut & paste into your browser then it will take you directly to the promotional code box. You will then add the code from the email voucher and the next window will be your info and you will get your member number. Take that number to customer service and they will issue your card! Add your chocolate chunk cookies ($5.98) and the 8 pack of gourmet cupcakes and it will be voided at the end of transaction! There were a few hiccups but they were so nice to help me and understood!
