If you have purchased any Foaming Dial Hand Soaps anytime from January 1, 2001 and January 2, 2019, you may be eligible for FREE Cash Back through a Class Action Settlement! To request payment, just head over here and fill out the form to submit online. Make sure to submit your request before April 12, 2019.

If you prefer to do it via mail, you can download the form here and mail it to Soap Settlement Administrator 1650 Arch Street, Suite 2210 Philadelphia, PA 19103. It must be postmarked no later than April 12, 2019.

You are a Class Member and able to submit a claim if you purchased any Dial Complete Foaming Liquid Hand Soap between Jan. 1, 2001 and Jan. 2, 2019. This includes any of the different scent varieties. These packages state Dial Complete Liquid Hand Soap formulated with the active ingredient triclosan and/or stating it “Kills 99.99% of Germs.”

Class Members who want to object to or ask to be excluded from the Dial soap class action settlement have until March 13, 2019 to do so.

No Receipts Required for Up to $8.10 Back

If you don’t keep your receipts, no worries – you are still allowed to request refund for up to 30 products. You can claim for $0.27 per purchased Dial Complete Foaming Hand Soap for up to $8.10 in cash with no proof needed.

Those who provide actual purchase receipts for additional purchases to the satisfaction of the Settlement Notice and Claims Administrator, will receive 27¢ per package as settlement compensation for all packages purchased.

If, after subtracting all expenses from the Settlement Fund, the funds remaining are insufficient to pay all timely valid approved Claims, then payments will be reduced proportionately on a pro rata basis.

    What Is This All About?

The lawsuit argues that Dial violated certain laws in the marketing, advertising and sale of Dial Complete Foaming Liquid Hand Soap in the United States based on the use of the active ingredient triclosan. This also includes advertising claims including that Dial Complete “Kills 99.99% of Germs encountered in household settings” and the use of the phrase “Number 1 Doctor Recommended Antibacterial Liquid Hand Wash”, and the claim that it “Kills more germs than any other liquid hand soap”. They’ve agreed to settle to avoid further expenses. Visit the website where you will find the Plaintiff’s Complaint, the Settlement Agreement and other documents related to the settlement, as well as the Claim Form.
