I was able to use mine but they made me pay .57 cents for the tax.
It was very hard to get ! But if you get someone willing to help you out it can work! I was not able to use all of the coupons so it was cheaper but not free

You can use only one of those unique coupons, but you can combine with other coupons as you like.
