I got mine. It showed some balance after I used your coupons, but i searched my paperless coupon and clipped all 7 loreal coupons, then it bacame free. I am not sure which one took care of the balance, but its free after that. You may want to try this way. Im pretty late so it should be still working!! Thanks!
