Iâm not disparaging your company whatsoever it just happens to be some random allergic reaction that causes my airway two close up and I experience hives all over my body and Iâm the only one in my family that has use this but I donât want to take a chance of any other family member especially my child my children to get into it so all Iâm asking is please please just refund my shipping costs which was 7.95 eight dollars whatever please and thank you. I will say in the beginning I really champion for your products it seems to do very well until it didnât and I truly apologize I have not discussed this with anybody else nor do I plan to because I believe that defamation Iâm just trying to get this corrected so Iâm asking please get this corrected ASAP

Hi I had just ordered some bio trust and I need to cancel that I went to the hospital last night after consuming some of the other that I had received and I found out that I have some sort of allergy to whatever is in it theyâre still running test to figure out what it is and I paid eight dollars for the shipping and stuff like that and I canât have it in my house and theyâre also doing tests on my child to make sure that theyâre not allergic and if they are then theyâre gonna have to figure something out because my child is old enough to be able to get into it and make smoothies and things like that and I donât wanna take the chance of there being an issue all Iâm wanting is to stop the sending of this sample and to have my shipping cost refunded please itâs not worth my house nor the health of my family thank you so much
