I haven’t completed my purchase yet, but I do know that after clicking on the “Get Offer” button, the window that pops up before the page with the Sephora products has a disclaimer at the bottom that says: “Purchases through the $15 to Spend at Sephora Freebie app are not eligible for cash back.” Maybe some people were on that area when checking out or purchasing and that’s why they haven’t gotten the cash back. How do we know that we aren’t on this “app” before we finalize our purchase to ensure that we get our cash back?
