I sent my receipts and all information I need back at the end of April, and I’m still waiting for my refund. I should have taken copie or the receipts by I didn’t this of that. Will I be able to get my rceopt back? Thanks

Hi Doris! Making copies is a very good idea and should always be done when sending in rebates. It does normally take 6-8 weeks to get a rebate back, but due to the amount of rebates that were turned in, it may take a week or two longer. You can go to http://www.pg.rebateresearch.com or call 1-855-717-6529 to check the status of your rebate.
How price do I put for the UPC price…original or what I would’ve paid for it? If it is for the price after discounts, most of my purchases are pretty clear cut. However I do have some where the total transaction amount is (for example) $5 for 2 herbal essence bio renew. The price was $5 each, but after coupons the total came to $5 before tax. Would I put $5 as the UPC total or $2.50?
Hi Carly! You would put the price you paid after coupons and any discounts, so for the Herbal Essence use the $2.50 price.

i bought easy ups but they say it not P&G brand
That’s so weird. Easy Ups are from Pampers and they are on the P&G site. Who told you they are not P&G?
I received post cards saying that I didn’t include all the information needed to get the refunds (receipts) with where the purchases were from and when I purchased them. I sent everything required, therefore I cannot send them back again! Whoever opened my envelopes had to misplace them! Please recheck and send me the refunds. Thanks!

sorry to learn that the company processing this offer cannot find my original receipts that were mailed on March 5 2019.. If this was returned in the regular mail I would have received it by this date of May 7 2019. Very disappointed –spent over $50.00 for the eligible products and will not get the gift card–Wondering how many others were lost or conveniently tossed out

Tried several times to no avail–still could not locate my submission for the rebate–like I said–if it was lost in the mail it would have been returned since the letter was mailed out on March 7 2019. I’m really disappointed I purchased the correct items
I purchased the $50 of P&G products and submitted the proof online 2/23/19. I also received a confirmation order #. Now it’s almost three months and I still have not received the rebate. Who do I contact now?

I have not received any response from the buy $50 and you get the $15 prepaid card from the Christmas time offer. I thought maybe I threw it away accidentally thinking junk mail since it but I don’t think so. It is next to impossible to find anything online just for resubmission. And I found one number but it wasn’t the right number so I’ll try the one that you recommended.
