I’m thinking of getting one for my husband but does it only cont steps? Or what other things does it do
it track your heart rate, sleep(which is awesome) calories and you can do many other health and fitness related things on it… track workouts etc ..all you do is download the app and it logs everything. i love mine and i just bought one for my boyfriend !
