I did the 30 get 10 deal with pickup but I didn’t get the ecbs?
Hi there! That deal is best done in-store. While you can earn ECB both in-store and online, if you’re shopping online, one disadvantage is that you must meet the required threshold after all coupons have been applied. Compared to in-store shopping, in which case you need to meet the required threshold before you can apply coupons. So, if you did that deal online, in order to get the ECB, you’d need to have paid at least $30 to get them. If you did spend at least $30 on your order and still didn’t get your ECB, make sure to contact their Customer Support and they should be able to help you with getting your ECBs.
