I haven’t been getting my cash back credit for about 2 months now. Not sure what’s going on.
It’s a hit and miss for me sometimes. But lately, I’ve been getting my cash back. If I don’t get my credit after 7 days, I usually call customer support or live chat online and they give me credit and sometimes even another $1 or $2 for the inconvenience.

Yes the last one I did was a double Olipop offer and I got the correct amount back and within 4-5 days. I just purchased a bunch of items I posted this morning and all the cash back offers disappeared after my purchase, so that’s a good sign. 🤞
Have you been getting the double and even triple offers? There used to be 200+ offers and I’ve been clipping them as I see them hoping a duplicate would be added, but today I noticed there are now around 100+ offers, but all the ones I have duplicates are still saved under LOADED DEALS. So I think if you didn’t clip the older ones, they are gone now.
Ugh, my last response didn’t post I see. I am seeing double/triple offers, but my cashback offers haven’t been working last 2-3 weeks so I’m hesitant to try them. I’ve been having to email Kroger customer service to get the credit

So weird! I tried an offer today for the buy 3 for honey stinger waffles. I had 2 offers for it. Looks like it did take 1 offer but not the other. Glad I didn’t try any other double ones 😬
