• TRADER JOE’S giftcards ( and review of dog treats)

I have food stamps so I can buy food at trader Joe’s but I am cash poor (disabled & unemployed…) but I need to buy 2 or 3 bags of the trader Joe’s dog treats a month…

Does anyone know any rebate apps that cash out to trader Joe’s gift cards ???

I don’t have a bank account or a PayPal to cash out to, so I cash out to cvs, target, etc …

    any info would be appreciated!!!

My little dog is getting old and has a lot of health problems including seizures, and is very picky about food now… she won’t eat until I tempt her with a tiny bit of the jerky… it’s as if she realizes she IS hungry, so then she will eat her food after her “appetizer”…

I have been buying Trader Joe’s dog treats (specifically the jerky sticks, which are amazing but she can no longer eat because of her teeth problems) and the jerky strips – which are soft enough for her to still eat.

the treats are the best ingredients and the best price per ounce for quality treats…

they have another of the jerky bags but it’s a 1$ more than the strips, so I just buy the cheaper strips…

every dog I have given the treats to love them, and as a vegetarian human, I can say they don’t smell disgusting like most dog treats do…

they used to be 1.99 a bag, for almost 10+ years, at least, but recently changed to 2.19 and 2.29 which is still an amazing deal.

the first time I saw a trader Joe’s I thought it was like a whole foods and too fancy for someone like me,bon food stamps. I didn’t even know they accepted food stamps, but they do…

being a gluten free vegetarian/vegan is not easy or cheap when you are broke and sick all the time…

trader Joe’s has so many items I buy all the time and their prices (for gluten free and vegetarian/vegan) are actually the lowest on quite a few items I buy and eat every month…

if anyone has been hesitant to try out shopping at trader Joe’s, I highly urge you to try it!!!

ever thing I have ever bought has been wonderful but 1 item, which was the 99cents gluten free corn tortillas (they are extremely chewy and tough).

I have been shopping g at trader Joe’s at least monthly for over 12 years, I can make recommendations 🙂🙂🙂

interesting… I bring my own bags, I will have to see if my local TJ participates in that

Have you tried the Charlee Beef Liver treats? they look like oyster soup crackers and dogs love them. They crumble easily to sprinkle over/mix with food, and you get a big bag. I also am a huge fan of TJ’s.

Have you signed up for Swagbucks or Mypoints? You can get gifts from many places like Walmart n Target. Let me know if you want referrals for bonuses.

Hello! I know for venmo you do not need a bank account to get funds that are stored in it. (You can get cash back from things like aisle cash back that go directly into your venmo account) and then you can use venmo scan to pay at select retailers and sometimes at stores like CVS and others to get extra cash back. If you have a mailing address, you can get the venmo debit card (there is a waitlist for now tho) and is accepted everywhere MasterCard is accepted. The Ibotta app also has gift cards (not for Trader Joe’s as of now) but there are stores like Walmart who give cash back that you can reuse to get more. (I will continue this after I get home but hope this gives you some ideas, please let me know if you have venmo, aisle, or ibotta so I can give you more tips!)

I don’t know much about venmo (or cashapp or paypal) since I don’t always have a smart phone and I don’t have a bank that I can attach them to…

I do have a mailing address.

        • With venmo, you only need a phone number that can get a text verification to sign up, you don’t need a smart phone for it. Also, you don’t need a bank account for it and you can view your balance and transactions on a computer or tablet. After you open one, that’s when you can get the debit card that you can use it in store and aisle gives you direct venmo cash back. I can send you a referral for bonuses if you do consider!
