I see you didnât use manufacturer coupon for Revlon. If you have Coupons.com, they have digital coupons for Revlon, so you still can try submitting there and get $2.

I used target sale 15% off, so coupons app won’t accept items that have a rebate or “coupon”

I used Target Circle for the 15% off Revlon and was able to submit for the $2 Revlon lip product on the coupons app and it luckily worked for me.
I was able to do it before too on other items. I donât see restrictions based on %off store sales that it canât be combined with coupons. Then Target will not offer them together. However, I am not able submit receipts from CVS if I use any type of discounts.
I dont have access to a printer right now đ„ and don’t use the coupons app because it’s so restrictive on using with other apps and coupons đŁ

I like that everyone has access to digitals (for whatever store they shop)
Do you have Coupons.com, Mypoints, Swagbucks, etc? If you have any of them, there are coupons for Revlon that can be printed.
What is my points i see that floating around
It is a rebate platform. MyPoints, Swagbucks, InboxDollar, etc. They have in store offers and you can print coupons too. You get paid for shopping, printing coupons, redeeming them, taking surveys if it is something that you like to do, playing games, many things. I use it mainly to shop and print coupons.
