You should try reaching out to Customer Support because you definitely should get the cash back if there are products that you didnât apply any coupons to.
What is the limit on $3 Axe coupon? On $2.5 from Coupons.com it says limit 2 like coupons. Maybe it has to do with limits?
I didnât check the limit on the $3 coupon. Iâm guessing it was 2 because a lot of coupons say maximum of 2 identical coupon. Maybe it does have to do with the limits.
Coupons.com generally donât give any cashback if any coupons have been used in your transaction. If you didnât use any coupons, then itâll work.
I have problems with Coupons.com when using receipts from CVS. They donât accept them. From other stores, they ask to scan items, so I keep scanning one by one until they are accepted. Coupons already applied attach to some items, but it is hard to tell which ones, so they will not scan on Coupons.com app. But the ones that are free of coupons will scan.
I rarely do it though, so canât say for sure if it works all the time. I think it worked for me on Colgate deal from Target some time ago, when there were several rebates from Ibotta.
I have to scan the items as well when submitting to the Coupons app. Like you mentioned, the Colgate deal from Target, I had purchased 6 Colgate products, used 3 Target digital coupons and was still able to submit to Coupons app for the other 3 that didnât have coupons attached.
Weird. Iâve never had a problem. Like in this case, I used a coupon that was applied to 2 of the Axe products. So I submitted to Coupons.com for the other 2 Axe products and it was approved.
Did you have other items on your receipt? Like extensive shopping? Or just the AXE?
I had one other item, the Nivea lotion and that also had the Target Circle coupon and Target Circle 15% off discount.
I guess youâre lucky! They always deny my receipts if there are items with coupons on it already, and never if there are no coupons have been applied.

That sucks! If you paid full price for the item, you should be approved. Have you ever tried contacting Customer Support for help?
