    Get Inspired for Dinner Time!

    Try out this recipe for Buffalo Cauliflower Bites made with Sir Kensington’s Buffalo Ranch. It’s simple, healthy, and delicious — only takes 10 minutes to prep and 35 minutes to cook. This will be sure to get your fam to the table!

    Ingredients:
    • 1 egg
    • 2/3 cup almond milk (can sub for water)
    • 2/3 cup blanched almond flour
    • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 large head cauliflower (6 cups chopped into medium sized florets)For Sauce
    • ÂĽ cup Sir Kensington’s Buffalo Ranch
    • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
    • 1/3 cup hot sauce
    Directions
    1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
    2. Create the batter by whisking the egg & almond milk in a medium bowl. Add the almond flour, arrowroot powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, & paprika. Whisk until there are no clumps.
    3. Add cauliflower and batter into a large bowl. Mix together until every piece is well coated.
    4. Add to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If desired, brush any leftover sauce on pieces that need it. Bake for 25 minutes.
    5. Make the sauce by mixing the buffalo ranch, oil, & hot sauce
    6. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush half the sauce on top
    7. Put it back in the oven for 10-15 more minutes.
      Optional: Broil the cauliflower on high for a few minutes to get a really crispy top, but keep an eye on it since it can burn quickly!
    8. After, brush the rest of the sauce on all sides of the cauliflower.
    9. Sprinkle chopped chives & serve with Sir Kensington’s Buffalo Ranch as a dip
