In VA, the price is $16.99. Went to do a pickup order and they did not give me a rebate.
This deal is available in-store only. Some stores might print the rebate for you if you choose a pick-up order but remember that not all stores would do it, nor are they obliged to do so. Hope that explains it. 🙂
