If you purchased one or more Units of Balance of Nature products in the United States between March 28, 2019, and October 27, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a payment from a $9.95 million class action settlement.
This settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit claiming that Balance of Nature misrepresents the health benefits of its products. These products include Balance of Nature Fruits capsules, Veggies capsules, and Fiber & Spice powder.
How To Claim
If you have a valid proof of purchase, you can receive up to $6 for each unit, with a limit of 5 units per household. This gives a total maximum of $30 per household. If you don’t have proof of purchase, you can still file a claim. In this case, you may get up to $4 for each unit, limited to 2 units, or a total of $8 per household.
Through March 11th, you may head over here to submit your claim. You can submit your form online or mail it to the address below. Note, however, that it must be postmarked no later than March 11th.
