They say that they will give you free treats for life but they stop including them by about your 3rd shipment and their shipping is kinda spotty so order a bit more than you think you’ll need. But customer service is pretty decent and my cats loved their food. I cancelled because it seemed like the quality of the food went down and it seemed like they were sneaky and cutting corners. So I wanted to share my own experience with them.
