All you have to do is head over here and fill in this form with your contact and shipping information to order your tests. Please note that tests may show “expired” dates on the box.       Just ordered mine and it let me do it twice … a total of 16 tests but if u scroll lil bit after first checkout it’ll ask u if it’s ur 1-2 x and it’ll let u do a 3rd if so.
      I did … twice today and also had done the first round few months ago.
