It was the manager saying this to me with her employee standing there. My second order I didnât use my $4 RR from PG. She told me that the Crest RR isnât print because I used a Digital Coupon. I told her âThatâs because the coupon is for the Kotex!!â she gave me $5 Walgreens cash for THAT purchase⊠but THEN she says âoh well I guess the printer is broken on this machineâ ?!? The second transaction was just too much to post. Left it out. Iâm avoiding that Walgreens⊠now I know why they have items in stock đ
Oh! That was very rude of her! If I were you I would go to the store manager. You have the right to use your coupons and to get RRs or Wags Cash, cause these are advertised in the weekly ad each week. The Walgreens in Deer Park, NY told me âYou canât use a mfr coupon and get a Register Reward.â She took my RR from PH for my purchase and refused to give me the $6 RR back for purchasing 4 Tide products đ€šđ Skeptical now with all RR and Walgreens.
Hey there! You can certainly use Register Rewards with manufacturer coupons. There’s no official Walgreens rule to deny you from doing so. I’m so sorry to hear your local Walgreens store didn’t allow that. I would have contacted the manager of the cashier right away. Hope that explains it.

Iâm not sure why that employee hassled you like that, but the managers there are usually pretty helpful and would know better. Iâm certainly not one to be in the habit of calling for managers lol, but OFTEN at Walgreens itâs necessary for various reasons.
My local store is very temperamental with RR. They often DO NOT PRINT, not because of user error but some issue on their end.
Colgate toothpaste week after week are free here usually by RR, but that particular one has never printed in the six months or so I have discovered this app (Which Iâm a super fan of btw đ).
The managers and I have become old friends at this point haha
