Depends on the offers. This one can’t for example, since this is what I see on Ibotta “This offer can’t be combined with coupons for the same product”.
Always make sure to check the fine print to see if they can be combined. Most can’t but some can, resulting in a nice moneymaker or a free item that’s usually pretty pricey.
